The baseline questionnaire identifies your baseline behavioral propensities in everyday low stakes settings. It also provides a perspective on your behavioural repertoire – your ability to move fluidly among the available actions. In addition, the baseline report contrasts your private and public personas and helps you to reflect on the difference.

Team

Understanding the interplay of profiles within a team is a key element of improving their overall effectiveness. The team instrument looks at a group’s self-reported effectiveness and uses their collective profiles as a basis for diagnosing how each individual’s personal profile impacts on the team profile. This profile also predicts the ways in which teams play to their strengths and where they can get stuck.
